These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AscentGTM (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the call recordings, transcripts, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant AscentGTM a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record and process the calls you upload.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate the rights of others.

5. Disclaimers

The Service and its coaching outputs are provided “as is” for informational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscentGTM disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscentGTM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
